Sunday Services

Welcome to Saint Simon’s website, inviting you to consider experiencing worship in this “small church with a big heart”!
One of the great advantages of a small church is the bond of friendship and closeness that grow, and the arms of love that embrace all who enters.
We create a safe, healthy, and encouraging environment that allows you to grow in your relationship with the Lord. Here, you will find acceptance and encouragement.
As an Episcopal Church, we worship in a historic style. As a historically Black church, we are spiritually authentic. As a Christian church, we do our best to model our lives after Jesus.
You will find us in the heart of the Lincoln Park Neighborhood, the oldest community of Fort Pierce. You may visit us by taking U.S. Hwy. 1 or 25th Street, take Orange Avenue to 17th Street and turn north. Go to 1700 Avenue E.
Our Storied Past
Founded in 1927 by Dr. C. L. Eccleston and Rev. J. R. Lewis, Saint Simon the Cyrenian Episcopal Church has been a spiritual home for many. Originally established to serve Bahamian migrants in search of an Anglican community, the church has grown through adversity, including rebuilding after a devastating hurricane in 1948. Under the leadership of dedicated clergy like Rt. Rev. Wallace E. Conkling and Rev. Richard L. Barry, the church has flourished, becoming a vibrant part of Fort Pierce’s history and community.Worship With Us
